Privacy Policy

Fix My Money LLC, operating as FixMy.Money, uses information to provide account, credit-report review and workspace services. This policy covers individuals and authorized professional/team users.
Information and purposes
We process account names and email addresses, authentication/session information, selected plans, company/team information, uploaded credit-report and evidence files, extracted report information, findings, drafts, review decisions and workspace activity. Professional users must have authority and any required client consent before uploading client information.
We use this information to authenticate users, deliver the selected workspace, compare and review report evidence, save drafts, enforce plan and spending limits, provide support and transactional email, prevent abuse and maintain billing/audit records. Support requests may contain account email and invoice references. Do not email passwords, credit reports, full payment-card numbers or security codes.
Service providers and recipients
- Supabase: account authentication, database records and private file storage.
- Sites and its hosting infrastructure: website delivery, application runtime and operational/security logs.
- Resend, through our Supabase email service: transactional email delivery. Account-confirmation emails use the configured authentication email service.
- Stripe processes subscription payments and receives payment details through its hosted payment interface. We send Stripe the account email and workspace references needed to connect payments to account access. Our application does not store raw card numbers or security codes. PaymentCloud is pending underwriting and gateway setup; it does not currently process new payments on this site.
- Legacy Stripe billing records and subscription synchronization remain for existing accounts during migration. No new Stripe checkout is offered. Historical payments/refunds may involve the original processor; switching providers does not erase prior financial records.
- Google Analytics: sanitized page/event information and analytics cookies. Credit-report contents and raw sensitive report fields are not intended for analytics.
- OpenAI: minimized structured report data only for separately authorized pilot users after consent. Ordinary enrollment does not grant external AI access. Raw uploaded report files are not sent by the inspected report-analysis gateway. The public demonstration uses synthetic local data and does not call an AI provider.
Sensitive information and access
Credit-report information can contain identity, account and financial details. Files and workspace data are subject to authentication, private storage and configured owner/team access controls. HTTPS protects transport to the site. These controls do not guarantee that every security risk is eliminated. Keep uploads limited to the information needed for your authorized workflow. Review source facts and every draft before use.
Cookies, storage and choices
Session cookies or local browser storage support authentication and workspace continuity. Local storage may also hold attribution and signup context. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies on the website. You can block or delete cookies and site storage through your browser; doing so may sign you out or affect saved browser preferences. We do not currently provide a site-level analytics consent control. Contact support for privacy or marketing choices; we do not claim browser settings delete server-side records.
Retention and deletion
Account and workspace records are retained while needed to provide services and handle support. Cancellation stops subscription renewal, but does not automatically delete uploaded records. We do not promise automatic deletion after 30 days. Billing, audit, security and legally required records may be retained after cancellation or a deletion request. Retention depends on record type and applicable obligations; fixed record-by-record periods have not been published.
Requests and communications
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your information, subject to identity verification, other users’ rights and applicable legal exceptions. Email support@fixmy.money. To stop optional marketing email, request unsubscribe through the same address. Account, security and billing messages may still be needed to provide the service. If you requested an email resource, we use the submitted email and request/consent context to deliver it and honor your choices.
