FixMy.Money ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.
We collect information you provide directly (account registration, billing, client data you upload), information collected automatically (usage data, log files, cookies), and information from third-party services (Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for data storage).
We use collected information to provide and improve our services, process payments, send transactional communications, ensure platform security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your clients before uploading their personal or financial data to FixMy.Money. You are the data controller for your clients' information. FixMy.Money acts as a data processor on your behalf.
We implement enterprise-grade encryption, role-based access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. Client data is isolated per workspace. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. See our Security page for details.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account cancellation, you may request deletion of your data by contacting support@fixmy.money.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your experience, analyze usage, and support analytics. You can control cookie settings through your browser.
We use Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for database infrastructure, and Google Analytics for usage analytics. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing their use of data.
