Prices are in USD. Yearly totals are paid upfront when annual billing is activated, with savings of at least 20% compared with twelve monthly payments. Purchase options marked Checkout unavailable cannot be purchased until availability is confirmed. Account registration does not require contacting our team. Existing subscriptions retain their agreed prices and terms.
The AI policy counts one successful assistant prompt, report-summary run or AI letter introduction as one request; each follow-up is separate. Paid allowances reset monthly, including on annual plans. Trial accounts instead share four successful AI runs total for the entire trial; only AI pauses when these are used. Other trial features retain their original end date. More AI requires separately confirmed paid access, with no automatic early charge. Unused requests do not roll over. Failed generations do not count. In-app usage alerts appear at 80% and 100% of paid workspace allowances. AI pauses at the allowance until reset or a customer-selected upgrade, with no automatic overage charges. All three AI features share these allowances and the service spending safeguard; there is no separate pilot allowance.
